I have had the pleasure of working with Catalyst IT on a week by week basis since the launch of a major website project over two years ago. Since early 2009, Catalyst Australia has provided external hosting and support for our institutional repository, the RMIT Research Repository.

Without this arrangement, it is unlikely our repository would have been up and running so quickly. By providing us with an economically viable and sustainable hosting option, we have been able to make the most of our role to showcase RMIT University research publications.

Andrew, Jonathan and the team's prompt, friendly and knowledgeable support service has also taken the pressure off library staff to provide all aspects of trouble-shooting and programming. This has left us to do the important work, getting our author's publications out there!

Flinders Christian Community College recently engaged Catalyst Australia for a general consult of systems supporting of our College online learning environment. The Professional but relaxed manner of Andrew Boag from Catalyst enabled us to quickly establish a great working relationship. A range of issues and ideas were explored including web application development and security as well as an infrastructure review.

Catalyst assisted with the successful implementation of Nagios - a system and network monitoring and alert service - necessary for the ongoing support of an ever growing ICT infrastructure. Perhaps even more importantly, Andrew offered our College ICT staff advice and training in the ongoing support of our network and was equally happy to confirm the suitability of existing systems, applications and development directions already implemented or planned.

Catalyst developed a careers website for the FWPA (Forest & Wood Products Australia), www.growingcareers.com.au. This was developed in Drupal within a very short time frame. The team was extremely helpful, flexible and responsive. They are probably the best development team we have worked with in a long time.
